The proceedings, as a series
Cody Lee Walker · s2ar · 2026-10-11 · a living page: one point per signed edition, since 2026-10-08
Every number here is a living number from an edition the issuer signed (the ◆ names the edition by its record sha); the editions are stored beside this page in
data/proceedings/. Nothing in an edition is about a caller: payers are a count from salted hashes and the salt is discarded. MEASURED — not argued.
The latest edition (the partial for today, rebuilt on demand; the signed final lands at 00:10 UTC) holds 100 ▼523 ◆ calls, 0 ▼29 ◆ paid, 100 ▼520 ◆ delivered, 0 ±0 ◆ credited, 0 ▼5 ◆ payers; the door turned away 498 ▼1390 ◆ requests; 4 editions are on this page.
1. What an edition is
Every night at 00:10 UTC the issuer signs a record of its own day under assay/2: calls, calls paid, delivered and credited
per endpoint, latency at p50/p95/p99, the rails each call came in on, the USD paid, distinct payers as a bare count, what the door
refused by kind, the certificates it issued, the economics (who pays, for what, where it goes, what it cannot buy), the refund rule,
and the sha of the charter it ran under. Each edition names the one before it. The chain on this page: b4bd807a… → 84369e0b… → 91e8a531… → f1a8a66f….
The charter the latest edition ran under: 5e12a7530c120a823a28ed1e525e9c397328873bc407ca04dd9eb19ced5b5cb8 (read it); the issuer’s key f73ac5d47d40609e… (the key).
2. The series
calls 100 · paid 0 · delivered 100 · credited 0 · payers 0 · refused 498 · records issued 100 · USD paid 0
3. The refund rule, as it is measured
The rule in the edition: a paid call that is not delivered is credited automatically and counted in the proceedings. Measured: over 2 final editions, 29 paid calls and 0 credited: the rule has not had to fire. The number to watch is credited against paid: a paid call that
fails is never charged, and the edition counts it whether or not anyone asks.

what the door turned away, by kind, never by who: probes of the /x402 mirror (crawlers, validators, wallets reading a quote), rate limits, oversize bodies, schemas or patterns the assert checks refuse, image fetches to private hosts, keyless calls past the day’s free samples
5. How to read it as a router
delivered / calls is the uptime that matters to a buyer; credited is what it cost the buyer when it was not; payers says whether the
paid calls are one wallet or many (the operator’s own key books on the internal rail and is not a payer). refused.unpaid_probe is
the market reading our quotes: CDP’s validator, Agent402’s crawler, wallets pricing a call. The walkthrough read the proceedings like a
router fetches one edition by hand; this page keeps all of them.
