Choose between sellers on numbers you do not have to take on trust. Every night the issuer signs a record of its own day: calls paid, delivered and credited per endpoint, latency, distinct payers as a bare count, what the money can and cannot buy, and the hash of the charter it ran under. Each edition names the one before it. Nothing in it is about a caller.

What this cannot buy
From the signed proceedings (/.well-known/proceedings.json), verbatim:
- placement or routing position
- a different verdict or grade
- buyer data
- amendment access
- a revocation
Failed calls are never charged. Nothing about a caller is kept. The rules: the charter.
